Note: Here in Australia it is hard to find a good camera store that caters to the professional photographer with reasonable prices. Unfortunately the lack of demand for professional equipment in Australia means that prices are relatively high. As such, I buy all my equipment from the USA and have it shipped over.
I recommend B&H Photo (http://www.bhphoto.com), who are based in New York. I use them on a regular basis and have purchased almost all of my equipment listed above from them. I have never had a problem, and they always give fast, courteous responses to all email correspondence.
If you decide to buy your equipment from overseas, just remember the prices on their website are in US dollars, (you can find a good currency converter here -- http://www.xe.com). Also, if the value of your purchase is over $500 AUD, you will be required to pay 10% duty on your purchase to the Australian customs department once your equipment arrives in Australia.
